Hilton 5 Star Luxury Home Boarding, Kennels and Creche - Terms and conditions

 

                                                                 

Our Service:

We provide clean, secure accommodation, ensuring as far as possible the health, safety and well-being of all the pets in our care.
We do this job not driven by profit, but for the love of our four legged friends. This is promoted out of respect and care towards the welfare of dogs.



                                                                         Veterinary Treatment:

Any required veterinary treatment will be at the pets owners expense. This includes any treatment necessary. Payment from veterinary treatment will be charged to the pet owners account. In the event that the pet owner cannot be contacted before treatment, the course of treatment shall be at the soul discretion of Hilton 5 Star Boarding Kennels and Dog Creche. We will contact your choice of vet. Transport fees will be applied.

 

General Admission Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog. Any pet that is aggressive and poses a threat to the kennels, will be refused admission. No dog under the age of 16 weeks shall be granted admission to our kennels or Creche. Dogs on the restricted breed list will not be granted admission to our kennels or creche. We accommodate small-medium sized breeds of dog (breeds of the size cocker spaniel and below). 

 

Confirmation Email:

After booking your dog(s) in via the online booking form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include; the dates you have booked for, final price after any agreed extra services, directions to the kennels, what you need to bring and discount (if applicable). This email is a confirmation of your stay and  a copy of this should be kept for your convenience.

 

   

What to bring and what not to bring:

All owners who leave their dog(s) with us MUST supply their own dog food preferably in a plastic, sealable bag. Food is not returned upon collection.

We DO NOT take in leads. Owners must take all leads home when they are leaving dogs in. There is no need to bring harnesses as we have a wide variety to fit any dog. Please do not leave in bowls, hard plastic beds, plastic food containers, leads or toys.

 

   Drop off and Collection:

 The times to drop off/collect your dog(s) are as follows: Monday - Sunday, 9am - 2pm.

 If you cannot collect your dog(s) between these times there will be an extra charge applied. All arrivals and collections must be made between 9am and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. No exceptions will be made.

 

Payment:

We require a €50 deposit to be paid in CASH for any stays of €50 or more upon arrival and the balance on the dogs departure. (The €50 deposit may increase subject to high season or price of stay and full payment may be required for stays of four weeks or more or for stays of €400 or more).

If you happen to collect your dog before the stated collection time on the booking form and confirmation email, the quoted price will remain the same. All customers are liable to pay the full quoted price upon an early collection. The price quoted includes any extra agreed charges for added services such as the chauffeur, washing service and Luxury Home boarding and that are included in the confirmation email. We do not accept Credit Cards or cheques.

 

   Dog Chauffeur Service:

Hilton 5 Star offers a Dog Chauffeur Service. Our service requires the owner or a responsible member of the family to be present at collection and/or delivery home.

Chauffeur hours are as follows: Monday - Sunday, 9am - 2pm (excluding creche). Prices vary according to mileage and an extra nights charge is applicable for after hours drop home.

 

 

Airport Chauffeur Service:

Hilton 5 Star offers an Airport Chauffeur Service. A maximum of three passengers and two dogs can be accommodated with this service. If cars are left in the care of Hilton 5 Star, they are left completely at the owners risk.

Creche:

Creche fees must be paid at the start or end of each Creche week. If fees are not paid in accordance with our terms and conditions, a penalty fee may apply and your dog may be refused entry to our Creche in the future.

Hours are from 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday. A discount may be applicable for three or more days and for two or more dogs utilizing the creche from the same family.

 

    Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your dogs stay, we require a 3 day notice via email or a cancellation fee may apply.

 

 Indemnity:

The best of care will be taken, but no responsibility can be accepted for any loss, injury or death of any animal in our care.

 


                                                                           Acceptance of Terms:

When booking your dog(s) in via the online booking form, you must agree to the said terms or your dog(s) will be refused boarding.
